1. Order Processing Time

   •   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

   •   Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

   •   You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.



2. Shipping Times


United States (Domestic Shipping):

   •   Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days


International Shipping:

   •   Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Costs

   •   Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

   •   We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.



4. Order Tracking

   •   Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

   •   Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the system.



5. Delays & Exceptions


We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

   •   Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

   •   Weather conditions

   •   Customs delays (for international orders)

   •   Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses



6. Incorrect Address Policy

   •   Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

   •   If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

   •   Orders cannot be changed once they are processed.



7. Lost or Stolen Packages

   •   We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

   •   If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.



8. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

   •   International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

   •   These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

   •   We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



9. Split Shipments

   •   Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location.

   •   You may receive multiple tracking numbers.



10. Damaged Packages

   •   If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

   •   We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
