We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

 

1️⃣ General Guidelines

 

  • Return period: 7 days (domestic) | 14 days (international)
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All returns require proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (like lipstick) cannot be returned once opened

 

2️⃣ Product-Specific Rules

 

💍 Jewelry


  • Single items: Must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Triple-piece sets (earring, necklace, ring): Must be returned complete; partial returns not accepted
  • Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange or full refund



👗 Clothing Sets


  • Two-piece and three-piece sets must be returned complete
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from stains
  • Damaged items may be exchanged or refunded

 

👜 Handbags & Sunglasses


  • Must be unused and undamaged
  • Partial refunds may apply if items are worn, damaged, or missing parts

 

🧢 Hats & Caps


  • Must be returned in original condition with tags attached
  • No returns for items with signs of wear or odor

 

💄 Cosmetics (Lipstick, etc.)


  • Cannot be returned once opened
  • Returns only accepted for defective or damaged products

 

3️⃣ Refunds

 

  • Refunds processed to the original payment method
    • Domestic: 7–10 business days
    • International: 14–21 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
  • Partial refunds may apply for:
    • Damaged or worn items
    • Incomplete sets
    • Bulk or sale items

 

4️⃣ Restocking Fees

 

  • 10–20% restocking fee may apply for:
    • Non-defective returns
    • Items returned past allowed period
    • Bulk or sale items

 

5️⃣ Exchanges

 

  • Only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • Request within 7 days (domestic) | 10 days (international)
  • Customer pays shipping unless we made an error
  • Replacement unavailable? Full refund minus any restocking fees






6️⃣ Damaged or Defective Items



  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof
  • Options: free replacement or full refund including original shipping


7️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Opened cosmetics
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Items missing parts or not in original condition

 

8️⃣ Return Shipping

 

  • Customers responsible for return shipping, except defective items
  • Use trackable shipping service
  • Include original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase
  • International returns: Customer pays customs duties, taxes, and import fees


9️⃣ Bulk Orders & Sale Items

 

  • May have special return restrictions
  • Partial refunds or restocking fees may apply
  • Contact us before returning

 

🔟 Lost or Delayed Returns

 

  • Returns are your responsibility until received
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages
